1. Prepare your space
Create the personal profile requested when the app first opens. Start with a few clear categories, such as work, study, health, or home. A small structure is easier to keep useful than a complex system created all at once.
Enter the real commitments for your current week first. The initial goal is a useful overview, not a perfect archive of everything you may do in the future.
2. Plan activities
When you know when an activity should happen, set its date and time. Check for conflicts and use a short, specific description so that the required action is immediately clear.
If the timing is uncertain, save the item in To Schedule. It stays visible without occupying an artificial calendar slot. Open it later to assign the appropriate start and end period.
3. Build sustainable habits
Create a recurring habit and choose a frequency that fits your actual routine. Begin with a few concrete habits and add more only when the process feels natural. Record completions consistently so that the history reflects your progress.
The history is a tool for understanding patterns, not a demand for perfection. If a frequency is not sustainable, adjust it instead of discarding the goal.
4. Turn goals into milestones
Break a broad goal into smaller, verifiable steps. Each milestone should describe a concrete result, so you can clearly recognize when it is complete. Record progress and connect milestones with the daily activities that move the goal forward.
5. Use reminders intentionally
Enable reminders for commitments you may genuinely forget. Too many notifications become background noise, while a few well-chosen alerts remain useful. Check Android settings if the app cannot display notifications.
6. Review and protect your work
Regularly review completed, upcoming, and overdue activities. Reschedule what still matters, remove what is no longer relevant, and move uncertain work out of the calendar. Use the available backup feature after organizing important information, and keep the backup somewhere you can retrieve it.
